Olivia Adams is a dedicated fitness professional who has worked extensively as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer with all age groups. Her passion for exercise science first developed in high school as a Varsity Cross Country athlete, as she turned to the weight room to improve in strength which translated to faster mile times. Olivia has a Bachelor's in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with experience in athletic programming, post-injury rehabilitation, and training for overall health and fitness. As she works to dispel some of the fitness myths surrounding the profession, she believes in a more holistic, client-centered method of training that emphasizes getting clients involved in the fitness process and uses science-based training methods to obtain their desired results. When she’s not coaching clients or in the weight room, Olivia can be found with a coffee in hand, her favorite show playing, with her head inside a book.
