Fitness Assessment

Cardiovascular & Dynamic Postural Assessments are designed to evaluate the individuals' physical health for fitness with a variety of testing to target training levels. In this assessment, the assigned trainer will also look for imbalanced muscle groups and design a strength/stretching routine to help in correcting posture.

 

Training Sessions By The Month

Clients also have the ability to purchase training by the month. This means instead of going with our monthly packages you can purchase a monthly bundle of 12 sessions. 

**For tailored month training sessions will be priced at a base rate of $60 per session**

Group Training

 

Group size capacity would be 10-30 participants in an hour session. Training can range from Sports Specific Training Groups, HIIT Classes, Bootcamp, Circuit Group Training, and more. For additional information on the group, training reaches out to us by email.
