- Cardiovascular & Dynamic Postural Assessments are designed to evaluate the individuals physical health for fitness with a variety of testing to target training level. In this assessment the assigned trainer will also look for imbalanced muscle groups and design a strength/stretching routine to help in correcting posture.

The goal is to escalate your overall physicality to a level it's never been. In six weeks, you'll build a solid foundation of training. For the next 42 days, you will be strength training four days a week in a split program. The movement you'll be doing are high volume, but not highly technical. Classic barbell and dumbbell moves, plus machine and cable isolation work. With that being said lets get lean!
